Role Overview:

The SaaS Sales Manager will identify and engage mid-market clients, build lasting relationships, and deliver tailored solutions that address client needs. This position is perfect for a sales professional with a strong track record in SaaS sales who thrives in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, prospect, and qualify new clients
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers to drive successful deal closures.
  • Present SaaS solutions clearly, emphasizing business value and client outcomes.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to execute targeted lead-generation campaigns.
  • Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals to exceed sales targets.
  • Stay informed about product offerings, industry trends, and competitive solutions.
  • Provide valuable client feedback to influence product development and strategy.
  • Maintain accurate sales pipeline data using CRM systems.

About You:

  • At least 5 years of experience in SaaS sales
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets in a B2B environment.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • A consultative approach to understanding client pain points and offering tailored solutions.
  • Experience selling to mid-market businesses is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems such as HubSpot or Salesforce.
