Relationship Management Coordinator
Location: Crawley - 3 days a week onsite (flexible)
Salary: £30,000-£50,000 DOE + Bonus

About the Role:
As the Relationship Management Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in managing relationships with their suppliers, ensuring that they maintain strong partnerships to deliver the highest standards of service and support to their clients. You will oversee supplier performance, negotiate agreements, and work cross-functionally to align supplier activities with business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supplier Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential suppliers in the cyber security sector.
- Performance Monitoring: Track and evaluate supplier performance against established KPIs, ensuring adherence to quality, delivery, and compliance standards.
- Contract Coordination: Assist in drafting, negotiating, proposing, and managing supplier contracts and agreements.
- Issue Resolution: Act as the main point of contact for supplier-related issues, resolving disputes promptly and professionally.
- Risk Assessment: Identify and mitigate risks associated with supplier activities, ensuring continuity in the supply chain.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to align supplier relationships with organizational objectives.
- Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends and emerging suppliers to identify potential opportunities for improvement.
About You:
We're looking for someone who is proactive, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have:
- 2+ years in supplier or vendor relationship management, procurement, or a related role (experience in cyber security or tech preferred).
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Proficiency in managing supplier performance metrics and reporting. You need to be confident and able to hold your own to ensure suppliers are meeting expectations, whilst maintaining relationships.
- Ability to analyse data and make strategic recommendations.
- Familiarity with supplier management tools and platforms.
- Understanding of the tech and cyber security industry and its supply chain dynamics (preferred).
