Ecommerce Supply Chain Analyst - Manchester

An Ecommerce Supply Chain Analyst is required by an Ecommerce company based in Manchester. An integral part of an ecommerce team, the role involves ensuring that their online presence is polished, accurate, and consistent across all platforms. The key for this role is that you can focus on data, on working with CSVs, EXCEL formulas, big data sets, large volumes of products in an ecommerce inventory and multiple web & warehouse systems.

This role is full time onsite in the Manchester office, so you must be willing and able to commute regularly.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Experience working with large datasets, CSV files, and Excel formulas for efficient data handling.
  • Ecommerce & Inventory Management - Ability to work across multiple ecommerce and warehouse platforms, managing high volumes of product data.
  • A keen eye for accuracy in data entry, ensuring all information is correct.
  • Able to thrive in structured environments and can manage multiple tasks with precision.
  • Handle tight deadlines and high volumes of work with ease.
  • A team player who can work effectively in a close-knit, supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities of the role :

  • Product Setup & Accuracy - Manage the setup of products across multiple ecommerce and warehouse systems, ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Data Entry - Enter essential product details such as dimensions and configurations for large volumes of products.
  • Range Descriptions & Upselling - Craft engaging range descriptions and manage additional upselling options to drive sales.
  • Imagery - Ensure product imagery is high quality and accurately represents products.
  • Promotional Updates - Keep marketing messages fresh by updating products with the latest offers.
  • Website Consistency - Ensure consistency between our UK and Irish websites, making sure both reflect accurate and relevant information.
  • Post-Campaign Checks - Verify that product and promotional information is live, accurate, and functional after campaign launches.
